Neuf danseurs donnent vie à un portrait de famille sous la houlette de Mehdi Kerkouche. Le chorégraphe choisit le sujet de l'héritage familial comme matière chorégraphique. C'est par les corps électrisés d'une tribu de danseurs venus d'horizons variés qu'il livre sa version de la famille heureuse, embarrassante, toxique, absente.
